I greatly appreciate you signing my cookbook;… however, it was to be a housewarming gift to my new S. African next door neighbors. They had moved from SA to Eagle / Gypsum, Colorado 20 years ago but have now made the move to Montrose, here in SW Colorado.

Beautiful Book and very well written albeit it a sobering story. I have only made one recipe so far and that was the garlic and herb beer bread. It was great. I have made it a few times now and it has always turned out great.

The book is beautiful and the story it tells of South Africa going from home of the first successful heart transplant to a nation where the electricity is only for a few hours each day. The parallels with what is going on in America right now are astounding. I have only made one recipe from the book so far. The garlic and herb beer bread is outstanding. I have made it a few times now and it is so good. The book is well worth buying both for the story it tells as well as the recipes.

When I first tried Nuqleo I was not sure how my system would handle the vitamins , particularly vitamin K as I am on blood thinners. I was a little concerned because in 2022 I had a very rare brain bleed ( probably caused by vacinne/booster. Since that time my blood viscosity has not responded to the thinners I take, snddif the INR is too low then I could have the other thrombosic stroke. The hemorrhagic variety I had less than 3% of all strokes are of that type. Long story short, it would seem that Niuqleo restored my body’s response to the thinners I take. My last four INRs have been perfect. My last two quarterly blood tests have been perfect. My doctor said it is very unusual for someone with my medical history and age, to be strong and healthy even blood sugar is normal the last nine months. I have to believe that Nuqleo is the cause for my good health. Thanks so much for a great product!
