Bromelain Plus™ supplies bromelain and papain — two proteolytic enzymes, meaning they act on the decomposition of protein — along with inositol and the amino acid L-cysteine. It may be beneficial as an aid in relieving muscle soreness following overexertion, by supporting the body's own natural anti-inflammatory response.

Papain
Proteolytic enzymeWorks alongside bromelain to broaden the protein-digesting activity of the formula.

One tablet, three times a day.
Take one (1) tablet three (3) times each day as a dietary supplement, or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children.
