Everybody owns an enormous tumbler. Almost nobody finishes one before it goes cold and gets tipped down the sink. Ten ounces is the amount you actually drink while it is still hot — a proper cup of coffee, a nightcap, a whiskey during the Saturday broadcast.

It is also the size that fits where you need it: a desk beside a keyboard, a truck console, the arm of a chair, without dominating the surface it is standing on.

A true vacuum between the walls is what separates a tumbler that holds temperature from one that merely feels thick in the hand. Heat cannot cross a vacuum by conduction, so what you poured stays what you are drinking — on the road, at the office, or out in the country.

Sublimation, not a sticker.

The artwork is sublimated into the surface coating rather than printed on top of it, which is why it does not peel at the edges or fade to grey after a month in the cupboard. Hand washing still gives the longest life — dishwasher detergent is abrasive, and heat cycles are hard on any printed drinkware.
